GDTF – General Device Type Format
Das General Device Type Format schafft eine einheitliche Definition für den Austausch von Daten für den Betrieb intelligenter Leuchten, wie z.B. Moving Lights. Das Dateiformat ist menschenlesbar und wurde im Open-Source-Ansatz entwickelt.

It’s THAT time of the year again … the 2018 Total Production International (TPi) Awards, produced by TPi Magazine, part of Mondiale Publishing was staged at the Battersea Evolution venue in London, and Robe was once again delighted to be right at the heart of the action, lighting the event utilising some of its latest technologies.

Gig on the Beach
Lighting designer Eran Klein of leading Israeli creative practice Studio Cochavi & Klein has worked in many interesting places, spaces and environments, so when asked to add his visual magic to an event on Nitzanim Beach, around 45 kilometers out of Tel Aviv in Israel by top wedding planner TY Productions, he knew some special parameters would be needed.

PLASA 2017 proved a lively, energetic and vibey hub for meeting the UK’s lighting and visual designer community and other creatives commented Robe UK’s MD Mick Hannaford, words echoed by the moving light manufacturer’s CEO Josef Valchar, stating, “We have enjoyed seeing many individuals, companies and organisations from all over the UK as well as several from Europe – the quality of the visitors and the networking opportunities were really excellent this year!”

Robe Colours Ostrava
Robe moving lights made a major contribution at the 2017 Colours Of Ostrava (COO) festival with nearly 100 fixtures utilized to light the ArcelorMittal Stage in a stylish and flexible production design created by Kamil Kruzik. The lights were supplied by oneAVteam, the largest audio visual rental group in Central Europe. Three companies cooperated on this project – AV MEDIA, RentalPRO and YVENTECH.

Hitting a High at Prolight+Sound 2017
Czech lighting manufacturer Robe lighting s.r.o. enjoyed another incredible Prolight+Sound exhibition in Frankfurt, taking the opportunity to launch their new German subsidiary, Robe Deutschland GmbH; showcasing 10 new inventive and interesting products and creating another great showspace for visitors on Booth D80 in Hall 3 of the annual expo.

Robe Frankreich veranstaltet die Robe Awards 2021
Robe Lighting Frankreich veranstaltete zum ersten Mal die Robe Awards, einen neuen Design-/Programmier-/Betriebswettbewerb, bei dem 10 Finalisten - die aus über 160 ursprünglichen Teilnehmern ausgewählt wurden - persönlich in den Les Studios de la Montjoie in der Gegend von La Plaine St. Denis bei Paris um den Sieg antraten. Der Wettbewerb fand auf einem Beleuchtungsrigg statt, das nur aus Scheinwerfern von Robe bestand.
